We have opportunities for audiologists, audiometrists and front line staff all across New Zealand. For the right person, we are able to assist with Immigration applications and housing issues. We believe that the Team at Hearing Technology are more like a family than anything else.  

This culture has been developed strategically over many years. While it is essential that all Team members possess the necessary skills and abilities to function at the highest level in their profession, it is equally important that they are also the right fit for our valued culture.  

Our philosophy of creating exceptional customer experiences and engagement start from the moment the phone rings, and continues right through every step and encounter with our Team. The Customer Service team are carefully selected and recognised as being key contributors to the success of the business – so much can be lost or won on the phone or at reception. We refer to our front line staff as our “A Team”.
